Currently looking for 10-15 people in Las Vegas to form a local investment group investing in land. Wishing to form an LLC with everyone equal partners. All members must be local, and must be willing to stay on for 10 years or more. $150 a month needed to invest. We get together once a month with each member bringing in an investment. The group will vote, and select a land investment for that month. This group will be mainly for working adults, but anyone else is welcome. Projected 10 year profit is 1 million.
